Foschini Group senseless calls

Account number ***0***2. I have an account with Foschini for more than two decades. I've realised I have amounts that are piling up. They charge me R20 for a call and R2.80 for an SMS. They even have a letter collection fee. What is that, who receives letters? It's day light *******. They'll call me more than three times a day and sometimes they'll just ring it and drop it before I pick it up and then an SMS will follow. I even called their 021 number, I sent them email they still do the same thing. I pay before the 7th of every month I don't understand what are the calls for. You answer them they'll still call. No this is *******, those who pay are being targeted. I don't pay because of their calls,no pay because it's the right thing for me. I told them they must stop calling me but they continue. No, it's unacceptable. They must not croock people like that.
