Foschini group insurance is a *****

This is a useless company i submitted my jewellery insurance claim five months ago and i am still waiting for their respond i have been paying this insurance for over four years now i have to claim i am not getting assistance , when calling their claim department you get a voice note telling me that " the mail box is full goodbye" i dont know what kind of a nonsense company is this. The is no custormer service here but when they are selling you product they will be calling you 3 to 5 times a day i guess thats all what they use their phone for
