FOSCHINI & FINRITE UNORGANIZED

It is with great frustration and disappointment that I have to put in this complaint, I had given in my phone to Foschini Cape Gate for repairs as I have insurance with FINRITE and the consultant told me I would wait 2 weeks, this was the 17-12-2020 , I decided to come the 2nd week of Jan 2021 only to find out my phone is not there yet. I left it then came back end Jan only to find out it is still not there, and they said no Ma'am INSURANCE CLAIMS TAKE LONG! I then proceeded to call the customer center only to find out there has been a mix up with IMEI numbers and my phone was not given for repairs, what a shock and no one informed me! I then got a call from the consultant and she said they messed up the waybills but my phone is in, CLEARLY VERY UNORGANIZED. I then went again in early FEB to the shop still no phone it is now 2 weeks later and I have heard no news on my phone. It is 2 months and counting and I have not got my phone back, I even missed taking pictures on my BIRTHDAY 17 Jan 2021 a I don't have a phone. This is really pathetic service and really disappointing. I drive out my petrol to find out about my phone and get a answer " no Ma'am your phone is not here, we cant help it" I want action on this matter and reimbur*****t for the petrol, time and birthday moments I MISSED CAPTURING.
