I bought a bottle of serum , I didn’t care to open the box to see if everything was ok inside and when I got home and opened the box the bottle inside was cracked and the was little to nothing left inside the bottle . I sent my friend to return the package in store and they ridiculed her and **** stating they opened the packaging before giving it to me and I can attest that was a lie they didn’t .

I am very appalled at the service and how my friend was treated as they stated that I sent her because I knew the package being damaged was my fault. And I only sent her because I live 80km away from the store . Your staff in aliwal north even ridicule clients when returning stuff bought online , questioning you that why didn’t you buy at the store and now you’re here to return and causing them to do lot of work for you .
