Foschini accounts nightmare

Never open an account with Foschini if you can help it. I had mine over 50 years. For the past few years it became my biggest headache. For some unknown reason I was issued with various account options. I pay on time, I pay double my installment, but they charge interest. Do not even try to resolve this. It is painful. The customer service staff are not properly trained to do their job.
