Foschini account

Foschini account. I have made a payment of R200 plus another R60 a few days ago. It is the only account I am paying since losing my job on 30 june 2023. I understand that my account is overdue, but THEY do not understand that I have no job, no income. Calls from 7am in the morning 7 days a week. Tell them you have no money for food, utilities etc, since being retrenched they will say sorry to hear and in the same breath, but when can you make your next payment?
