FORENSICS KEEPS WASTING MY TIME!!!!
I have been trying to open a Sport scene account to help build my credit score. It keeps on being declined and I'm being asked to call forensics. I have called forensics and they have asked me to send documents through which I did. Still no feedback, I call today and am told that the back office doesn't see any application for me on there side and they don't see any ********** activity but the system is declining me for duplicate application. All I want is to get this sorted out so I can open an account.
This is very frustrating and no one can explain to me what the problem is.
Please call me and fix this.
