Follow up on complaint: No answer or reply on the below matter I would like to lodfea complain with TFG, I I requested a settlement letter to pay off my debt, they gave me a letter and the agent told thequatatiin last for 5 days, is from the 12 till 18 February, I paid the account today but they raised the amount by R404.65. So Im not please I need my money back I was assisted by two rude agent Shiam and her supervisor Nonzwakazi. Pls assist *Rating:* 1 out of 5.
