Finrite / foschini

I put in a claim through Foschini for my laptop, months have passed and I still haven't received my laptop. When I call foschini they say they are waiting for finrite, when I call finrite they say they are waiting for foschini. I pay my insurance each month yet I can't even claim for a new one! When I go to the store they say there's nothing they can do I just need to wait, I've been waiting!
