Fed up with Tfg

I'm so exhausted, I paid on the 25th of April 2025 for my May installment at a Totalsports branch, the whole of May I have been harassed with calls and smses saying my account is in arrears. I have sent countless emails to supervisors and at one point I received an email saying my query was sorted but even after that I'm still getting calls. My account still shows that I'm owing even though no payment was missed. I'm fed up.
