Fashion Tfg service very poor infact they don’t deserve that one star. I was fine with woolworths

I opened the account and it’s been a week, so I was on the bash website wanted a Nike sneaker and boom my account TFG account was deducted without the confirmation for those sneakers and now I want to Get the sneakers checked my Tfg account they deducted 1000 something so I logged the complain. One of their agent started shouting at me over a call and shouted and did not even asked my id number to check what’s the problem. I told her that they must refund that money back on my account and after I will pay the balance close the account. After I received the call and I was asked the very same thing. Checked the balance it’s still the same. The rudeness from the first consultant that was helping me Yoh guys we not dogs we are clients and you shouting at me as if I don’t pay that account with my hard worked money.
