False online advertising by Foschini Group

Misleading Online Advert. Hi I shopped online at Totalsports and found a Garmin Fenix 5S in silver and Black for sale @ R6999 but no stock available. So I’ve put that into my Wishlist and wrote to onlineshop@tfg to ask whether the price would hold when stocks do arrive. I stated that I did not create the price point and instead of misleading they should take it down. They did send a Covid 19 short staff please expect a two week delay in responding to your query. However they deactivated it and still did not respond directly to me. They can hide behind “while stocks last” or “we reserve the right...” but I feel it is false advertising and created a poor customer experience. They have lost a customer
