False Online advertising

<p>on the 25th at 9:55 am i received an email from Archive regarding the Pay Day 30% Off Sneakers promotion ending at 11:30 am. i purchased a pair of Addidas sneakers and app**** the voucher code ARCHIVE on checkout.</p> <p>When the invoice came through it stated the original amount without the 30% discount, i emailed the online sales team and was asked if i have a screenshot showing i app**** the voucher code? Who the hell takes screenshots while shopping online? <br />i was told that they do not see record of this, I then advised them to cancel the order as i had only purchased to take advantage of the 30% promotion.</p> <p>i was told its too late to cancel and the order was processed and that i would have to return the goods once received.</p> <p>This was obviously false advertising just to get people to buy their stock, this is utterly disgusting and i will never ever buy from this group. Your consultants Donita Bredekamp and Oscar September did not even to attempt to assist me with obvious **** the group is running.<br /><br />I will be cancelling my account as soon as it paid and after reading reviews on here i know i am not alone,</p>
