FALSE INFORMATION SEND TO CREDIT PROVIDERS

Good Day

I opened the Foshini account on the 22/01/2021 and since then I have been paying my account well and over than what was requested from me.The monthly installment was 250 but I was paying more than that to avoid unnecessary interest but to my suprised then I check my credit profile Foshini says I have interests of 55 rand.All the money I have paid on this account up to so far is amunt to 5437.70 in the period of two months in existance of this account.

I called Foshini Yesterday and I spoke to Yasmin who tod me that It was a mistake on their side but ,four credit providers will be notified .I should bear in mind that the process takes abot 7 to 14 days to be corrected. Me on the other side I am loosing the opportunity to buy a house due to this stupid mistakes that was done by foshini. My score also went down because of this ,How will my house loan be approved with an arrears on my credit enquiry.

Please I need help in this matter.
