False advi*****t

i bought a Dolce and Gabbana this month as as part pf the promotion i was supposed go get a free bag .When i queried this i was told i must wait for my order to be fully delivered as some items were still missing .i got my full order and when i sent a message you Instagram page i was told that i must call the online store .when i did i am given a vague excuses that it was not part of the order .This is false advi*****t's as i know i place my order while you guys had stock of the free gift .This is false advi*****t and if you do business this was please close my account
