Good day,
I bought the P30 lite from one of your stores in the promenade mall in mitchells plain.
Online it is confirm with specs of 6gb ram and dual sim on your website.
I then bought it on those facts specified on your company website but today I had a look and found that it's not dual sim nor does it have 6gb ram but instead 4gb ram.
How do you plan on resolving this issue as this is false adverti*****t. With a price of R5999 for a Huawei P30 lite dual sim 6gm ram this is in line but not the price on the website. I have also take screen shots of the product you are advertising vs what I have received.

What makes it even worse is that the voucher comes with all these t's and c's. I don't think a 200 voucher constitutes 2gb ram that I do not have. How do you plan on correcting this. I will take this further if this is not resolved.
