False Advertising by Hi-Online

Hi-Online is advertising false information on their website about Mobicel laptop specials they have. When i went to the shop to buy the advertised item i found that the information is totally different from that on the website. The items in question are Mobicel Excite Laptop (SKU ID ***2) & Mobicel Excite 14 laptop (SKU ID ***7), which are advertised for R2899 & R2999 respectively. According to their product information under these items, their RAM Memory is 4G, which is not true, They are actually 2G. Even their staff at the shop in Soweto confirmed that there are no 4G Mobicel laptops of that price, and most of them on their stock are 2G. For me this is very bad for such a big company under Foschini Group. Having to raise customer's hopes this way just to get more feet into their store. Obviously i ended up buying a more expensive laptop than what i intended due to their false advertising after driving all the way to Soweto, as according to their website, this was the only shop that had stock at the time. I feel ****** as a customer.
