Then I am told it was a marketing error ect and get an run around as to whose fault it is instead of resolving my issue. It is very simple I want what was advised and what I bought as per my order and invoice. All my paperwork states Acer A315 i3. Once I called the call center the 1st time the advert was removed immediately so there is no proof, luckily I printed the online advert out when I ordered the item for my records. Now when I call Mr Fisher is not in and his superior ( Miss Misham ) is also not at her desk and nobody can tell me when she will be at her desk. It is shocking how a huge corporate company like this can not make a decision as to how to resolve the clients issue but they are quick to take your money.
