False Advertising and Disgusting Service

TFG Online services are a disgrace, This has happened on more than one occasions where they advertise Buy 1 & get 1 free, I placed orders and paid and every time after a few days of waiting for your items, they send an email for a refund saying there's no stock of the item while the items are showing in stock online, when you call & question that with the agents they can't even give you an explanation. Basically their sales and promotions are just false advertising and a total waste of time and such an inconvenience, I had ordered the items for my Mom's birthday and now last minute I must make another plan and don't even know when I will even get the refunds and they don't even have the decency to make up for their continuous mistakes or even a proper apology.. Their customer service is disgusting.
