As a consumer I would like to know how is it possible for after 7 years, IUA insurances decreases my amount for a handset replacement which I covered R2000-R5000. I've covered with Edgar's Connect Retailers .I'm sure my tax invoiced was loaded on to the system stating how much my handset cost .Do y'all expect me to buy a 2nd handset for the from the replacement amount u are providing me?

Your urgent response is required as I as the consumer I refuse to be ********** like this from a respectable retailer and insurance company they have associated themselves with.
