F%@&ing Poor Service by Management

Poorest experience ever even from management!!!!! I ordered things the week before last so that they could arrive before Eid. 3 different orders were placed and on all occasions where it showed the site had availability it was eventually cancelled. No communication had been sent I had to call them over and over and over, eventually got a hold of the manager Ameer who I had to practically stalk to get feedback. He promised that the shoes would arrive before it that never happened. He also said he would get back to me with stock and availability or a resolution for the socks that I had bought nothing happened there either. He then came up with a solution almost a week after Eid saying they can send me a voucher for the discounted amount. That was Monday!! Called 3 times yesterday and then twice this morning after threatening to call Michem his manager I finally got called back. The voucher was less than what I was supposed to get and when I tried using it, it doesn't want to work either. Tried calling them back again and of course they're not available. Poor poor poor ****ing service, a waste of my time, efforts, and my son didn't have his shoes for Eid either. Complete Let down!!!! I want this resolved!!!
