Ezi Mpoto

I bought laptop from Foschini Queenstown Nonesi mall on the 15th March 2025 but it never worked. Took it back on the 23rd March they said they are sending it to their repair workshop so I must wait for 6 weeks. It came back on the 11th still it wasn't working and they said they will take it back. I asked for a refund so that I can buy another laptop since I urgently need it for school work but they are refusing with it. Foschini (Queenstown Nonesi mall) their service is very bad and disgusting
