Extremely bad service and *********** staff

My spouse send me e gift card, the amount has been added to his outstanding balance however I couldn't redeem on my side, I asked about they told me the account holder should be the one querying about these incident and he goes to the store they tell I must be the the one visiting the store for further assistance, I'm no longer interested in the voucher atleast just return the money in to his account he does not have to pay for something he did not take
