Extremely bad online shopping experience

I ordered a jacket online. After following a link on their website to pay, i kept getting emails that said that they were still awaiting payment, i sent the proof of payment to the email address they provided online, but kept getting the emails saying that they have not received payment. I called the number, spoke to a Bonita, said she would get back to me, never did. Then my order was cancelled. I have been requesting for my refund ever since...nothing is happening. Very annoying.
