<p>My account was paid up on the 10th of April 2017. I paid R2300,49(2034 + difference going to MBD credit solutions). Instead of getting a settlement letter from TFG, MBD charged me interest of R221 for paying at a tfg store, their reasoning was I was charged interest because the store paid them. According to MBD, if I paid them straight, the would be no interest incurred. </p>
Spoke to the call center. They say there is nothing they can do about it, but the y employed the company.
