Express delivery/*********** call centre

I am puzzled as to why this option is available if the delivery is not effected as promised or advertised. To my understanding this service is charged at an extra fee than the normal delivery hence I requested for it as I needed the parcel soon. I have purchased a pair of Nike air max sneakers on the online shopping portal.
