EXCELLENT SERVICE TFG!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK

I bought clothes onTfg online on 6th June 2021 and only 8items were delivered from my order and waited for my other items but when i realized the 4items were not coming i then tracked my order and realized there was a mixed up with the courier company i then sent an email to tfg online, the following day i got a call from a very sweet lady who told me she would be checking with the courier company and come back to me before the end of business. The lady called back and informed me that she was unable to track my items its a pity i forgot her name she called me from Cape Town... She then told me since they are unable to find my items. The company (TFG) will refund me and give me a voucher for the inconvenience... The call happened last week Thursday.. On Friday morning i got an sms containing a voucher number from TFG and an email confirmation of a credit note thats been done for my refund .. Today my money is in the bank.. I want to express my gratitude to the sweet lady that helped with my query... My query was dealt with speed and within 2days? its a pity i cant remember her name.. I want to say to her thank you thank you for your prompt response and your excellent service... Its nice to know there are people who still have the passion and truly truly love what they do!! Keep up the good work ???
