Excellent service regarding online purchases

I've had an account with TGF for the past 8 years, always been happy with my account and the service I received at stores. Tried purchasing online, which was a great success a few times. However last year December I made a purchase and was really disappointed, so disappointed that I actually wanted to close my TGF account. I laid a complaint with TGF and wrote a review on HelloPeter. Within a day I received feedback from TGF acknowledging my complaint. A day later I received an apology via email. A day later I received a voucher as an apology. Decided to place another online purchase and I have to say thank you TGF, my parcel was delivered before the actual delivery date. I am happy with the prompt response I received regarding my issue.. I have decided to keep my TGF account opened and recommended Online Shopping, it's easy, fast, reliable and you find stuff online that you won't find at a store.
