Excellent service (Hi store Maponya team)

I received thee best service ever at the HI store Maponya Mall. I walked into the store and the team greeted me and asked if I need help which is not common anymore. I found 3 sales people and I interacted with all 3 for different reasons. I was first attended by Mark who helped me call TFG regarding my card and that was great. I was alzo helped by Puseletso and she helped me with product information only to find out it’s her second or first day (I picked it up from their conversation) which was impressive. My final interaction was with Ntethelelo who helped with the transaction. This is in a store with 2 other customers and I watched them treat each of us so well and they did not drop the ball. I’m just giving a compliment where it is due.
