Excellent Service from TFG's Refunds Department

I accidentally overpaid TFG on my monthly account payment via EFT. This was by an amount I desperately needed to survive the month. I was very worried that I would either not get the money back or get it too late. To my surprise TFG's refunds department responded the same day I emailed them with a form I had to fill in. I submitted it the next day with proof of payment and 2 days later the money was in my account. Thank you!
