Excellent service

I ordered a watch online at sterns and after receiving an order number I noticed that I'll be receiving two watches instead of one(I made a mistake,it's the first time I bought something online) so I quickly contacted the customer service number nd an agent by the name of Noluthando assisted me but the line broke nd I called again nd another lady(I didn't get her name clearly) she took over nd within a few mins I got an email confirming that they have rectified the mishap.. I'm so happy about the speedy response and professionalism from both agents.. Big ups ladies❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
