I would like to applaud Melissa Taylor – American Swiss Zeewenwaght Mall for her Excellent service. It is so far an few between that I find such service. She is a real asset to TFG. She portrays the following attributes:  Good communication s****s  Connects well with clients on a personalised level (No blanket effect)  Extremely helpful and goes the extra mile  Always friendly and willing  Always a smile on her face  She remembers her clients by face/name Melissa really WOW’d myself and my partner and we would like to take the time out and say thank you. TFG should learn from her – We went to Sportscene in Zeewenwaght aswel – Worlds apart regarding service…Melissa should train them up on how to deal with clients. Keep Melissa close as the saying goes: “Train people well enough so they can leave, Treat them well enough so that they don’t want to” Melissa is a natural and TFG can benefit using her to share her ways of dealing with clients.
