EXACT IS THE WORST STORE EVER

I am very disappointed with the experience I have been receiving from Exact I first bought earpods only to find that only one earpod is working,I returned it to the store they told me that they need to contact the supplier they will get back to me,I am still waiting even today,I then again bought saddles the price on the tag is different from the price I paid for the sandles
