EXACT CLOTHING JOHANNESBURG REFUSING TO CANCEL MY LAYBYS

I did a layby with Exact in Johannesburg cbd and tried to cancel the layby several times since June 2023 and was told each time the layby is still open on the system it has to expire before it can be cancelled. It is already February 2024 and I am still battling to get this laybys cancelled
