Enough With the Constant Marketing Calls

I am extremely frustrated with the constant marketing calls I receive from TFG/Foschini Group. I get contacted almost every single day, sometimes up to 5 times a day, about products, services and subscriptions that I have absolutely no interest in.

I am already a TFG account holder, and I do not need or want additional products or subscriptions. I understand that businesses market their products, but there needs to be a reasonable limit, especially when the same customer is being contacted repeatedly.

Receiving multiple calls every day has become intrusive and incredibly irritating. I should not have to continuously ignore or decline calls just to avoid being pressured into taking products I have already indicated I am not interested in.

TFG really needs to review its marketing practices and give customers a clear and effective way to opt out of these calls. Being an existing customer should not mean being subjected to relentless marketing.

Please respect your customers’ time and privacy and stop the excessive unsolicited calls.
