Empy emails with no attachments CS -***

So I called TFG last week 16 April to ask for a paid up letter and they said my account was never closed it had a balance of 80 rands, Cool I said okay no problem please send me ways to pay they refered me to DMC which does not even see the account. Then I called back TFG the opened a query : CS-*** which they said they will email me the details to pay the account. To my surprise I received an email saying ticket closed and not statement/ ways to pay this account attached. I called today the lady that assisted said the person that handled the ticket will email me the document she was supposed to send still waiting even now.
