****ed off client without a phone

I pay insurance on time every month, been without a phone for few months and my claim is denied this is unacceptable I'm furious why the hell do I even pay insurance if they can't get my phone sorted out and now they tell me that I can't help refund me in any way I have no phone and my premium just went off they really have ****ty services
