Duplicate insurance premium cancellation and reimbur*****t

I have been running after TFG staff for a reversal of money that has been taken from me for a cellphone insurance. I have been to Finrite offices in Johannesburg and to TFG offices in Bellville where they received to see me. I have seeked in store assistance to no success. The staff member I have been referred to on more than one occasion is Megan Von Raht. The instore staff have confirmed that she gives them the run around as well. I have contacted another number, I was supposed to speak to Temba. I guess he also has the same disease. He does not pick up the line. Finrite have confirmed that they have emailed through the necessary documents to Megan, but she has since gone AWOL.

Im really exhausted, but I want my money returned.
