DRUNK SALESMAN AT TFG EXACT BLOED STREET

On Thursday the 31st of August 2023, I went to Exact Bloed Street to make a purchase. I was short changed and only realized when I got home and reviewed my receipts. Two days later on the 3rd of September 2023 I went back to the store to enquire, I asked them to review their sales records for the day which would highlight that they had short changed me. Wal*er, a salesperson at the store said he would not be able to help me. After going back and forth with him, I asked him what he suggested I should do, during that interaction he was visibly drunk and was indulging in his lunch while dealing with a customer behind the sales desk. He then started shouting and insulting me telling me he is not TFG. He was drunk and unprofessional towards me.

Please avoid making purchases from TFG, specifically Exact Bloed Street, their customer service is questionable and their work ethic **********. BOYCOTT TFG AND EXACT!
