dropped calls

I am very upset with TFG callcentre agents. I get calls from them 3 to 5 times a day and when I pick the call, the agent drops the call immediately. Now my account has gone up because of these dropped calls from your agents. Please have this sorted out ASAP as I wont be paying those charges.
