DOUBLE INTEREST

Good day,<br> <br> I have just realized that TFG has been charging me TWICE for interest on the account on a monthly basis. When I realized this recently I called their call centre and they advised me that the reason for this is that they opened a 12 month AND a 24 month revolving account and there is nothing they can do. This was news to me, is this even possible and if so why did they do it without my request! I am thinking of taking further steps because I believe I have been ********** for the past 3 and a half years. TFG is one of my favorite companies and this is by far the most disappointing experiences for me.<br> <br>
