Don't trust the sneaker factory TFG

I bought a pair of puma sneakers about 1 month ago.I experienced what seems to be a manufacturing fault and when to change it for another pair today.The staff didn't know what to do and was afraid to contact the Area Manager but I insisted because it was strange that they don't have clear policies in place at The Sneaker Factory at Access park.The girl then conta Ted a Mr Naidoo who said he wouldn't credit yhe defective sneaker even after recoeving a picture and said that puma requires to assess the product.They didn't book it in and I had to ask them to make a copy if my slip so I have some proof.I would not advise anyone to buy from The Sneaker Factory.They will not get away with yhe way they handled me and I will take them to task.
