Don't order online it's a ****

I have placed 2 orders the first order number P*** I placed it on 4 August 2020. I only received 1 item and was told that the driver was hijacked so I will be refunded for the 2 remaining items till now I haven't received update. Second order P*** was placed on 9 August 2020, and I received 4 items 2 are still with the courier. I've made lot of calls to follow up on my refund but I get different information. The items where suppose to be gifts. I was told that I will receive refund within 10 days but it's more than that now. Will I receive my refund or I have been ****** because I don't see the reason why I have to run after TFG for my money. I've made numerous calls and sent emails but I get different information. Friday 4 September it will be a month I have placed an order and haven't received it. I nolonger want the items I just want my money back.
