Don't Open an account with TFG, you will regret it.

I have been a customer of TFG/BASH for +5 years. I decided to take advantage of specials/deals for account holders by opening a store account. I regret that decision, it has brought frustration. It has been more than THREE weeks of following up, told lies, told to send the same documents which l have done and being told to send them again. I thought opening an account takes less than 3 days but its more than three weeks. Anyway let me keep my money and move to Competitors who respect and treat customers fairly with dignity. This thing of feeling like you are begging to spend your money at TFG is not for me. It was nice using TFG and l will miss the Bash app experience.
