Don't ever insure your devices with TGF

I regret ever having insured my cellphone with this store...After finally having my claim approved I went to the store toclaim the phone. Upon arrival at 9:30 am the store was still closed despite the 9:00 am stipulated operating hours. Even thought waving to the store staff for service I was just ignored till I left the store 20 minutes later. Today I came to claim the phone and now I'm informed that the value of my phone has increased by R300 and even when I offered to pay the difference to get the samr phone as the one lost I'm told it's impossible to top up and get the same phone. Now the store doesn't have a phone of the same value in the market and I cannot top up. Stone age mentality of conducting business. Absolutely appealing!!!!
