Dont ever buy from The Foshini Group online.

I ordered items online from your store and it has been the worst experience I have ever received. after paying for my order I waited three weeks for my items to be delivered ( I kept tracking it online and the status still said at the warehouse). I called your call center twice to try and get the order canceled and on the third try was able to get a confirmation email that my order has been canceled. It has been two weeks and I am still waiting for my refund. Your customer service is disgusting I will never again shop within your group.
