DON'T ADVERTISE THINGS YOU DON'T HAVE STOCK OF!!!!

Went online and ordered a handbag from Due South on the sale and a week later was told there was no stock. At the time of purchasing the handbag there had been three I liked but chose that one. When I went back to order one of the others they were all out of online stock as well as the one i had ordered! I sent a complaint and no one bothered to reply. I went onto the site again and chose the bags according to availability, and the bag I ordered now showed it had stock! so I ordered it again and a week later I received the same mail again saying it was out of stock!!! I sent a complaint to their FAIS complaint email address AND AGAIN NO-ONE BOTHERED TO REPLY TO ME....they are absolutely useless and their customer service sucks
