Does not honor delivery

I made an online order for a jacket and paid for the order instantly. My order was confirmed and was told that it would be delivered within a week. To my surprise I get an sms two days later saying my order is canceled due to stock shortage. This is such poor customer care to leave me hanging like this. No mention as to who to contact for queries. My money or at the very least...
