DO NOT TRUST THE FOSHINI GROUP
The Foshini Group are dishonest and abusive creditors! I regret the day I opened an account with them! Please be careful not to sign a deal with this devil! TFG sent me to attorneys for collection, the attorneys called me in February and we made a settlement deal, the settlement was paid at the end of February via debit order. I’m April I started requesting a paid up letter and got no response from Easton-Berry. Come June I am being harassed by a different collections agency called Hammond Pole claiming this account was not paid, TFG have moved it from the other attorneys to them! How dishonest and scrupulous can a business be?! Why accept someone’s money if you have no intention of keeping your end of the deal! I advise everyone who has an account with you guys to just close it and cut up that card because the day they go through a hard patch, TFG will definitely abuse that vulnerability!!!
We confirm that because the account was handed over and payment was not to The Foschini Group we are unable to confirm settlement, Easton Berry Collections has handed the account back to us and we then handed it over to Hammond Pole and Associates as a result of no settlement payment received.
Kindly provide us with proof of payment so our Recoveries department may look into this for you.

Funny because Easton Berry collections claims that the account is closed on their end and they’ve requested that you, TFG, write it off and you haven’t. Either way, you are both extremely dishonest!
