DO NOT TAKE INSURANCE FROM TFG

I bought 2 cell phones last year using my TFG account @ sportscene to be precise, july this year i paid off my account and asked for it to be closed and the insurance on the cell phones to be discontinued, I was informed that was done only to receive an sms 2 months stating that i owe Sportscene and I must pay an amount to avoid legal charges. I immediately called and I was informed to go to the branch, I went to the branch and i was told about Finrite Insurance, that i must contact Finrite Insurance to cancel my insurance mind you I had paid the amount requested now I want to cancel the insurance AGAIN. My problem is: I have never spoken or met anyone from Finrite when I was taking the cell phone contract, now because I wanna cancel now TFG does not feature I must run behind Finrite who clearly wanna continue robbing me because I had made it clear that i want to cancel the insurance, I'm taking this two companies to the ombudsmen. I'm sick and tired of their nonsense, spending airtime, petrol and Money on something this small, ******
